A bit messy for simple usage. The preview/test functions are a bit easier to use in other solutions. Very pricy compared to alternatives, if you do not need advanced tracking etc.

We were using Appcues, but wanted a product that was more release/changelog and feedback oriented.
We have looked at many different of options, all from UseItFul, Canny to Beamer/GetBeamer/Changelog.io with more.
The overal usability and flexibility to create great looking and easy to use flows are at a higher level at Jimo. Removing assistance from devs, and from Jimo, enabling us to work upspeed and effecient.
We are all really looking forward to using the product even more. It do seem to be a perfect fit with our highly successful and quite mature B2B-solution.
