Review Jimo?
Reviewers consistently say Jimo is easy to use and especially helpful for non-technical teams building onboarding flows, feature tours, surveys, feedback widgets, and release updates without relying on developers. They praise its intuitive admin, quick setup, solid customization, audience targeting, and fast previewing, with several teams saying it fits smoothly into everyday product work. The main limitation mentioned more than once is weaker support for mobile use cases, along with thinner advanced features and analytics. Overall, sentiment is strongly positive, with a narrower note on depth for more complex needs.

I've been using Jimo since its early beta stage, and the product's evolution has been truly impressive. I'm looking forward to this new phase and the ones after that. This product really is fantastic.
I discovered Jimo a few months ago; this new version is impressive. It is a new way to ask your users what they need and want. Congratulations @tmoussafer and the Jimo team for this launch.
We were using Appcues, but wanted a product that was more release/changelog and feedback oriented.
We have looked at many different of options, all from UseItFul, Canny to Beamer/GetBeamer/Changelog.io with more.
The overal usability and flexibility to create great looking and easy to use flows are at a higher level at Jimo. Removing assistance from devs, and from Jimo, enabling us to work upspeed and effecient.
We are all really looking forward to using the product even more. It do seem to be a perfect fit with our highly successful and quite mature B2B-solution.
At Lettria, we recently started using Jimo and are publishing our first feature tours and feedback widgets, and are very satisfied with how to set them up compared with tools we tried previously. We look forward to very soon be using Jimo for all in-app changelogs and release announcements, since we notice some of our regular users don't necessarily read our email newsletter.

Very intuitive product. Efficient admin with a good level of customization and setting. Creating content modules is easy and you can target specific audiences with segments and rules. Once created, a Jimo "poke" can be previewed in seconds on your target URL. It just works! Bravo Thomas, Andy and the team
Congrats to the team for you launch! I really like how easy it is to test the product. The learning curve is great and the team very reactive and open to feedbacks. It gives the possibility for product teams to implement guidance, test things and look for feedbacks without asking things from devs. Thanks for your work and keep going!

As an early-stage startup, time is precious and iteration is key.
Jimo helped us to create onboarding flow seemlessly and it was easy for my non-technical teammates to help me in the process.
