I'm so proud to finally get this thing out there. We're a tiny team mostly based in Scotland who has worked on it for far too long, but everyone keeps telling me that if I felt comfortable with the launch then there's something wrong! We really set out to create the help desk software that worked for us, as a small company looking after different clients. Everything out there already just seemed so complicated, or wanted us to deal with tickets like tasks on a project - which we never felt they were, or wanted us to pay a fortune for basic features. We just wanted an easy way to receive tickets, manage them like a queue, and feel great when we got through them all. We also wanted our customers to be able to login and see their tickets and potentially manage them too. In a previous role we used a support system where we got 100 new tickets per day, and the customers who raised them were as much part of managing them as we were. They'd change the priorities, assign them different staff within their own businesses as we asked questions and sometimes they'd even resolve it themselves. That means giving customers power over their own tickets, without giving all your secrets away. We also know that if you're a support agent, your job is to use software like this. So we've tried to make it a great experience for them too. I do believe that happy agents = happy customers. If your own staff hate using the system every day, it's not going to make them feel good about logging in and answering customer problems. Everyone is different, so we're tried to give a wide range of customisation options. You can change all the statuses, urgency and impact names, setup your own categories, configure multiple ticket types with custom fields, use SLA targets to make sure you're responding and closing tickets quickly, manage the scheduled hours your agents are working, keep customers up to date with announcements, increase your efficiency with canned responses and stop tickets coming in by publishing a Knowledge Base. Finally, our billing is simple. Per agent pricing, no tiers, no hidden features, and no sales people. I hate products that don't show me what they look like, so there's plenty of screenshots on our site and in our documentation.
