Making Slack actionable is a hard problem for companies. Super excited to have been following the updates from the ClearFeed team. The ability to stay on top of threads, be aware of customer problems as well as keeping tabs on SLAs etc combined w/ the broadcast feature is super interesting. Kudos to @joydeep_sensarma & team

I really like it! This is definitely a big problem, Slack channels are getting out of hand and is just chaotic at this time, and the opposite of productivity.

Really high value addition to supporting your most valuable customers in responsive and engaging way. Take the adhoc, but critical, support you provide key customes via slack and turbo charge that. Provide a better experience both for your internal GTM/Support teams and but even more importantly for your customer teams (yes, that means support can actually become a many to many activity - reflecting the reality of complex customer relationships - vs 1:1 in traditional support channels). Integrates nicely with your existing support tooling. Highly recommended.

I use ClearFeed every day and pay for it. It would be impossible for us to support our customers in realtime without this tool. Highly recommend this if you have customers on your company slack.

I have been an early user of Clearfeed and I love that I am able to manage Customer Support requests across multiple Slack Channels in one triage channel...the timely reminders for SLA breaches helps us be on top of support requests...Clearfeed has been a gamechanger!

Congrats on the launch. At Factors.AI , we provide support to customers on slack and have 50+ channels running currently. Its nearly impossible to stay on top of all the threads and measure metrics such as SLAs, outstanding issues and so on. Definitely, a problem that resonates and the product looks sleek
