Hello Inbox helps businesses and marketers maximize inbox placement for email marketing campaigns. Tools like GlockApps throw a bunch of data at you, and expect you to figure it out. Hello Inbox shows you what to do, without the guesswork. You get 9 deliverability tools in one platform plus an AI expert trained by a Top-Rated deliverability consultant — so you get specific, actionable advice instead of generic reports.

Hello Inbox
Launching today
Get more marketing emails into the inbox
Hello Inbox helps marketing teams get more emails into the inbox instead of spam. Test your campaigns before you send, see what is hurting deliverability, and get clear recommendations for what to fix. Instead of throwing deliverability scores and technical data at you, Hello Inbox turns the results into actionable steps so you can improve inbox placement without becoming an email deliverability expert.

Concerning the 'actionable steps', are these general best practices or are these targeted at your specific problem with the placement? Congratulations @ismaelyws on the launch of @Hello Inbox ⭐🎊
@aymi_malik Hey Muhammad, yes, targeted at your specific problem with the placement. That's the key here and why our onboarding asks you to create a sender profile. So when our system is analyzing your test results, or giving you next steps, it's grounded in your specific situation.
Report
@ismaelyws This makes perfect sense because individualized grounding always trumps generalized benchmarks.
@aymi_malik 100%. Every time I did a consulting call or performed a deliverability audit, I asked the client the same questions to get an understanding of their current situation (ie: understand the context). The advice I provided my clients was always dependent on the answers to those questions. We now collect that data when a user creates a sender profile in Hello Inbox.
Report
Checking again later makes sense. Things can change pretty quickly with email.
@daniel_carter19 Thanks Daniel. Would love to get your honest feedback after running a few tests with Hello Inbox. What you liked, didn't like, or how it could be better.
Report
I like that it tells you what to fix instead of just giving you a score. That’s way more useful. The alerts are nice too.
Hey everyone 👋 I'm Hans, the founder and creator of Hello Inbox.
The Problem
Email is still the marketing channel with the highest ROI but deliverability is getting harder every year.
Gmail and Outlook's spam filters are getting more sophisticated, and the rules keep changing without any real transparency into what triggers them: authentication, content, engagement and reputation.
The result: emails that used to land in the inbox start landing in the Spam folder or Promotions tab, open rates decline, and email-driven revenue goes with them.
Businesses and marketing teams are left with no choice but to go looking for a solution.
Most turn to one of these two:
Email deliverability tools like GlockApps
Email deliverability consultants on Upwork
But these solutions present their own problems:
Deliverability tools throw a bunch of data at you and expect you to figure it out — they don't actually tell you how to apply it.
Good deliverability consultants are expensive (US$100+/hr), and most marketing teams can't afford to hire one full-time.
Deliverability isn't a one-time fix, it drifts, and manual monitoring falls through the cracks or is inconsistent — so problems quietly creep back even after you've 'fixed' it.
After working with hundreds of businesses and marketing teams as a Top Rated deliverability consultant on Upwork, I built Hello Inbox to solve the same problems I kept seeing over and over.
Now, the tools I built and the AI assistant I trained can help thousands of people at once — with the same expertise I bring to my consulting clients.
How Hello Inbox is Different 🚀
🔷 A deliverability expert, not just a dashboard – Every test result is analyzed by an AI deliverability expert trained on thousands of real cases, so instead of a raw score you get specific, actionable fixes for what's actually wrong.
🔷 Monitoring that doesn't stop after the test – Most tools and consultants check your deliverability once and leave you to notice when something breaks. Hello Inbox watches continuously alerting you the moment your IP gets blacklisted, spam complaints spike, or your sender reputation drops so you catch problems before they tank your campaigns, not after.
🔷 Built for marketers, not specialists – Other tools assume you’re already experienced with email deliverability. Hello Inbox translates into plain-language anyone can understand with no deliverability background required.
🔷 One focused stack, not a patchwork – Inbox placement testing, DMARC monitoring, list verification, spam-word rewriting, sender profiles, continuous monitoring with alerts and warmup guidance all live in one place, mapped to a single goal: maximizing your inbox placement.
Who is this for?
If you send marketing or transactional email and have no idea whether it's actually reaching the inbox, Hello Inbox provides you with the diagnostic tools and knowledge to fix it. No expensive consultant, no guesswork.

@sathesharayu12 100% - all it takes is one send to the wrong list to tank deliverability. Seen it happen several times.
I like how simple this sounds. Test it, fix the problems, then keep checking on it.

@benln for hunting Hello Inbox.
Honestly, I’d rather know what’s wrong than stare at another score and try to figure it out myself
