Reviewers mostly see Floot as unusually accessible for non-coders: they say it helps them build full web apps quickly, with a clear UI, responsive support, strong error handling, and useful features like drawing changes directly on a page. Several compare it favorably with Lovable, saying Floot follows intent more closely and avoids some error loops. But criticism is sharp when reliability or policies break trust: some report arbitrary AI changes, lost context, token waste, weak staging and database separation, limited mobile and SEO support, and frustration over code download and account controls.

This looks incredible — love the AI-first approach and the focus on non-coders! Too many platforms forget how overwhelming dev tools can be for entrepreneurs without a technical background. Floot seems like a real game-changer. Congrats on the launch!
I’ve been building on Floot.com for the past week and have completed around 50% of my project. Honestly, the speed and AI-assisted development have been incredible — it’s one of the smoothest build experiences I’ve had.
But there’s a roadblock every serious builder will face: once you download your project, it can’t be run locally or deployed without major restructuring. The download is missing essentials like:
• package.json
• Lock files (package-lock.json or yarn.lock)
• Step-by-step backend/frontend run instructions
If Floot provided these basic deployment files, it would transform the platform from a great prototyping tool into a full end-to-end solution — where you can build fast and go live without friction.
This would be a small change with a massive impact for the developer community. I hope the team prioritizes it — we want to see Floot win big.
Now its proven that floot team is amazing..I have put the request and they have given with in 3 hours . That is superb turnaround time and now this feature is available to everyone.
I have been building a platform using Lovable and probably needed something like Floot to ease some of the pain. I'll look around and see if I can/should move my project to Floot!
An amazing tool, perfectly created the foundations for my web app with one single prompt- the same I prompt I used on Lovable which then needed another 3 to get to the same stage as Floot.
It also corrected any mistakes it made without me having to use another prompt. So far, this is looking like the best AI-app builder tool I have used
Have used floor(combini) for a few months right after it was launched. I could say it was miles ahead compared to others even though it was just launched. They have made huge progress in such a short time. Made one website from scratch using it. Hoping for more success in future. All the best to the team !!
Congrats on the launch—owning the whole stack + an opinionated framework feels like the right way for non-coders to ship real apps. Excited to see what people build.
There's no way to export the app like most of the other App Builders have. This is such a needed feature but missing.
