We re getting ready to launch Famulor, and I d love to hear what people actually need from an AI phone agent.
Famulor can answer inbound calls, book appointments, run outbound campaigns, and follow up over WhatsApp, email, and SMS. What s the hardest part to get right in your workflow: the conversation itself, the handoff to a person, or what happens after the call?
Can the voice agent hand a call over to a human when needed?
@tom_nick1 Yes, the agent can transfer a call to a human when needed. We also support warm transfers, so the teammate gets context before taking over.
Congrats to @german_merlo1 on the hunt, and to the whole team on the launch!
I can see you’re trying to cover the full customer communication flow here. But which industries are already using Famulor the most? Are there any verticals where you’re seeing especially strong adoption so far?
@german_merlo1 @byalexai We’re seeing interest from teams handling high volumes of inbound calls, especially where missed calls mean lost leads. We’ve also been working closely with a pizza business on its phone agent. It’s still early, so I wouldn’t call one vertical the clear leader yet. We’re seeing use across SMBs and enterprises, including companies like Shopify, Flutterflow, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, Samsung and WeWork. The platform is built to work for teams of all sizes.
Hi Hunters! Super excited to hunt Famulor today. Huge congrats to Iman and the team on this launch!
The value proposition here is incredibly clear: missed calls and fragmented follow-ups cost businesses money. Famulor solves this by giving you a single, unified AI agent that sounds completely human on the phone, answers 24/7, and seamlessly follows up across WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Instead of forcing teams to stitch together five different tools, Iman has made the true omnichannel AI agent a reality. You can visually build complex conversation flows with zero code, sync directly with your CRM, and let the agent qualify leads and book meetings on autopilot in over 60 languages.
Iman will be in the comments answering questions today. Drop your thoughts below!
@german_merlo1 Thanks for hunting Famulor today and for supporting the launch! Really appreciate it. 🙌
I like that it can handle calls and WhatsApp follow-ups in the same workflow. That could save a lot of witching between tools.
@zeeshan_aslam2 Thanks! That’s the idea: handle the call and send the WhatsApp follow-up from the same workflow.
Great solutions and really esy to use. Good luck today, guys!
@kseniia_ponomareva Thanks for trying Famulor and for the support! 🙌
Looks great! All the best!
@ramitkoul Thanks for the support! 🙌
we're building in this space too (phone number for AI agents) so this is close to home. the part I'm always most curious about with "same conversation, same script across channels" is what happens when a call and a WhatsApp follow-up from the same lead overlap in real time - does the agent lock state per contact so it doesn't say something on WhatsApp that contradicts what it just told them on the call, or is there a real chance of a timing collision there?
@galdayan We don’t lock a contact across live calls and WhatsApp sessions, so yes, there’s a chance of a timing collision. Both channels can use saved contact memory when enabled, but a WhatsApp reply started during a call may not yet know what was said on that call. We check concurrent memory updates to avoid one overwriting another, but that isn’t real-time coordination. For anything critical, both channels should check the same system of record or hand off to a person.
