I'm Natallia, founder of AINA!
After 10+ years around hiring, HR tech, and operations, I kept seeing the same problem from the candidate side: people can be great at what they do and still have very little clarity on why their job search isn’t moving, how recruiters actually perceive their profile, or what they should change before the next interview.

We spent a lot of time working on the architecture and prompts behind AINA, using our recruiting expertise.
The core of our coach is already quite strong - the same logic has been used for interviewing candidates for more than a year.
So I’d say it’s a mix of good prompts, product architecture, our recruiting experience, and modern AI models.
With Astra already integrated into the career coach, we can build a more flexible conversation flow and make the feedbck much more personal and relevant.

BTW I have an idea that even people having current place of work already should think about their next place and the system which can propose suitable offers would be really helpful for everyone

For now, we prefer a semi-automated approach. AI can help with the process, but we want candidates to stay in control and make every application intentional.
For us, this feels more valuable than fully automatic applictions.
What do you think about autoapply?

@kseniia_ponomareva @denis_prodan That makes sense! I think that’s exactly where AI can be really useful: reducing the repetitive parts while keeping the candidate in control of where and when they apply. That balance is really important to us.
