@jaredl Hey Jared, that's a good question! We allow you to add your own evaluation criteria for each question. So, you can specify anything you would want the AI to know. This could be domain specific knowledge, stuff related to your company and so on. The AI will then grade the question based on the criteria you've entered.

How well the AI grades the question mainly depends on the evaluation criteria you set (rules based on which the AI grades the response). As long your evaluation criteria has the relevant details, it should do a good job for both tech and behavioural questions.
