If you need live chat, Crisp is the most powerful, user-friendly, and affordable software I've used. Honestly, I recommend it every day.
They are awesome. They have everything that my business needs. And they have great support.

Trying it out, I thought I was going to love the product. While setting it up, I realized that their settings are very invasive and not explicitly clear as to what they are doing. Their service will hijack your site's email and text service(s) if you use those. They do not communicate what they are doing or what to expect when they walk you through a set up process.

Do not use this app. If you want to cancel subscription there support and CEO will say CANCEL it but they don't have any option for cancellation. They simply suck money out of your wallet. DON'T USE THIS!

Congratulations to everyone involved on Crisp, the intuitive onboarding, great support team and simplicity are what makes new clients fall in love with it. One of the best discoveries i had this year without a doubt.
