I am really happy to work with Bettermode as it combines many features in one tool which we need for our B2B customers from our SAAS platform for online businesses and payments. Instead of many tools, we now have an all-in-one platform that brings our online academy to life. Our customers can interact with other customers and with us, digest cool content (webinars, how to videos, FAQs, updates, company news) and provide us their feature wishes they would love to see on our platform. The tool has many possiblities what you can configure without needing to create a concept and wait for the developers to build it. So I built the whole big academy on my own without coding anything. Just some features I really like. You can - create private or public rooms in different designs, with or without comment feature - prebuild CMS models which I can adjust or simply create my own CMS models - add room members manually or trigger based via Zapier or offer a join button in the room header - have community rooms where a question can be marked as answered and the best answer can be highlighted and you can assign a question to a teammember to answer - create landingpages easily which don't have a sidebar - have 1:1 and group chats within the tool - use analytics for members, rooms, posts and also as the new ai tool about some usage data 🚀 - organize content via inline filters for example based on a category or tags - move articles from one room to another. So you can make a room for drafts, create the content and send it to qa to a teammember and if it is ok then you move it to the right room so that your members can see it - give edit rights to members who are not moderators. So you can also have user generated content without you doing the work to copy paste their content. - enable email notification and a weekly email digest to stay up to date with what happens - also send emails from your own email address - use their Zapier integration for example for invites, to delete users, delete users, assign badges, add a bunch of users to a new room / a whole collection etc. - embed a room easily as iframe code. They provide good content and videos about the usage in their own hub and their support is answering pretty quick with good answers. What I really love: If you got lost a bit where to configure what, you just go to the room and open the area you want to change (for example how an article is displayed or change the reaction for articles) and you press C on the keyboard and you land directly at the place where you can configure that 😘. After the latest new features group chat and ai search I am very keen to see the next cool updates and which new possibilities they will offer to us.
