I have been an eCommerce analyst and consultant for over a decade and have launched and migrated many online stores on many eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce; however, Shopify has been a number one choice for me and many of the merchants I work with.

Intercom's customer support agent is my real MVP. As I manage both CS, support, and even aim to drive some growth, Intecoms chatbot FIN is my savior. It lets me stay focused and productive on important projects while our customers can still get answers to their most common questions in just seconds. It also allows me to proactively guide our customers through series, workflows, and product tours. Don't know how I would be able to do my work without it.

I have to say, Hubspot suite be like a traditional all-in-one CRM system. The suite is more user-friendly than Salesforce, and better on marketing, such as email blasting, CMS. Salesforce is better on sales management. I wish the integration between finance system would be better

I bookmarked Loops.so almost a year ago to bootstrap the endless ideas I'm finally getting out the door. Honestly could have setup the waitlist last year. This feels like a no brainer. Simplicity, clean UX, caring about the finer details like fine wine is what developer products are all about. Using this has been pure joy! Oh and the docs are exquisite..

I usually use Slack to keep in touch with clients and maintain relationships, and it makes team communication so much smoother! It’s super easy to stay organized with channels, and the integration with other tools just makes everything more efficient. It’s definitely become a must-have for our workflow.

I especially love how easy it is to share designs with clients and developers without the need for extra software. Whether you're a solo designer or part of a large team, Figma is an absolute must-have. Huge shoutout to the Figma team for continuously innovating and making design more accessible!

Great product and community platform if you are a serious business looking to host 1000's of people in your community. This is not like the other low-level community builders out there... Bettermode is very high-quality with great support, and keep updating features and templates. Highly recommended!

Integration with YouTube and other media really helps me in promoting content. I can customize the page according to the colors and branding of my business. Very flexible! Can directly add Google Maps, making it easier for my customers to find business locations. Compared to similar services, Taplink is simpler and has more features.
