As I've just embarked on this journey with Intercom, I'm still in the early phases of exploring its capabilities, and I'm eager to see the long-term impacts it will bring to our customer relations and operations. I have to say, Hubspot suite be like a traditional all-in-one CRM system. The suite is more user-friendly than Salesforce, and better on marketing, such as email blasting, CMS. Salesforce is better on sales management. I wish the integration between finance system would be better

Prices are quite affordable, but if possible there are more subscription package options. Good for small business promotions, but for large companies you may need more complete features. Overall, Taplink is pretty solid, but needs improvement in SEO features.
