We integrated GPT 6 Astra to build personalized candidate development plans following sessions with our AI coach. Previous-generation models (including GPT-5.6 Sol) struggled with a task of this scale: they either lost track of details, resulting in generic advice, or failed to meet our target response time.
The transition to Astra solved two key challenges. First, we reduced generation time, ensuring a seamless experience for the candidate. Second, we radically improved the depth of analytics: the model is capable of retaining the entire context of the session and building a complex, multi-level plan. Now, the user receives more than just a summary of the conversation; they get a highly specific roadmap—ranging from revamping their market positioning to targeted actions (e.g., updating 3 key CV sections)—that will yield measurable results in their very next interviews.
