We've been using Zoho CRM for seven years. It's feature set is very robust, making it a serious CRM contender, without being overloaded like Salesforce. Plus, their free version allows you to get started with no pain. Highly recommended for managing your deal flow, client info, and many other statistics like close rate etc.
