Rhythm transforms the new AirPods Pro heart rate sensing feature into one-minute mindful check-ins: feel, see, and hear your actual heartbeat through synchronized audiovisuals, and haptics. Works with AirPods Pro 3, Apple Watch, or any Bluetooth heart monitor.

@mathijskadijk Congrats on the launch, Mathijs! 💗 Rhythm sounds absolutely beautiful — turning something as natural and personal as your heartbeat into a meditation experience is such a thoughtful idea. Love the simplicity and creativity behind it. Excited to try it out and see how it changes the way we connect with ourselves. 🫶

I wouldn't like to hear my heart during the tax period. :D

Sounds like digital mindfulness lol. Does it adapt visuals based on your heartbeat rhythm in real time?
Bezel
@roozbehfirouz Absolutely! It adapts the audiovisuals in real time to your heart rate. Makes it so much easier to tune in on your own body and focus on the moment.

I'm a huge fan of mindfulness and meditation related apps. This is a really cool use of the new heart rate sensors. I really like the visuals for this. Maybe this will be my excuse for upgrading to the new AirPods Pro haha

@jakecrump great excuse to get the new AirPods Pro! 😄 Sound and noice cancellation is also superb, so you won't be disappointed.

Big fan of the concept, @mathijskadijk, turning the heartbeat itself into the practice is clever and feels refreshingly low-friction.
Tried Rhythm just now but couldn’t get my AirPods Pro 3 to connect on first run. Could be me, but if there’s a quick troubleshooting tip (permissions, pairing flow, etc.), I’m all ears (ha!). Happy to share details if it helps.
Either way, love the direction. The world could use more calm built into the defaults. Cheering you on!

Thanks for trying the app @monzures!
Could you check if you gave the app permission to read your heart rate by going to System Settings → Apps → Health → Data Access & Devices → Rhythm? If that's on it should work.
If it still doesn't work please shoot us an email at team[at]nonstrict.com happy to help and would love to improve the error handling!
Just tried Rhythm and legit got goosebumps, never thought my actual heartbeat could feel this calming. It’s like biofeedback turned art.
