Thanks for hunting us @hnshah! πŸ‘‹ hunters, I'm super thrilled to introduce what we've been building for a year now to the Product Hunt community. πŸ€— Plainflow is a super simple way for SaaS companies to integrate SaaS services and create behavioural based customer journeys. When we looked at traditional marketing automation tools, we saw email-centric products. For years, marketing tactics have been consolidating around the same playbooks. Everyone sent out the same emails and automated the same drip sequences. That’s a lot of same to a lot of people. And that sucks. πŸ™… What we're seeing today, is that modern marketing teams (like happened in modern Software development), instead of thinking about one monolithic all-in-one solutions app, are now starting to think of marketing as being served by a constellation of independent microservices that are extremely optimized for change and that can evolve very quickly along the way. That's why we built Plainflow. While we are certain that emails will keep its importance and relevance when designing customer journeys, we also believe that modern marketing teams along with emails will use a variety of many other tools and services to deliver better outcomes and improve their end-to-end customer journeys. Marketing automation started with a focus on email. Now with all the channels and tools available to us, SaaS companies have been increasingly creating pretty complex workflows to help people through the customer journey. Especially as they get mature and have more and more customers and features to support. Plainflow has built a product that create modern marketing automation experiences that go beyond email or any single tool in your stack. It's worth checking out if you've got a SaaS product and are looking to improve the customer journey.
