    Some features are still about web chat and I feel like part of the marketing world is trending towards text messaging and online reviews

    Intercom is amazing our website started generating 20% more leads through their webchat, and support features, and even our local company was able to generate real sales consultant appointments from Intercom. If you are a service based business you cannot go without Intercom!

    Um, everything. I love it, our customers love it and they're worked awfully hard to listen to customer feedback and continually improve.

    Cons: 

    I've been trying for 10 minutes and I can't think of a thing that I don't think they're already working on.

    Favourite chatbot, love the improvements and new features! Excellent customer support!

    Cons: 

    Intercom does not push messages to already existing contacts in Pipedrive.
