We used to be fan of Intercom. We're now still using Intercom for our non-profit but will have to change soon. Their support is really slow and inflexible. They change pricing from a day to the other without consideration.
So be mindful, they have no consideration for their users, it's just really about money!
EDIT: No one from their team ever reached out (obviously)
Recently we've also had more issues with them (pricing changing with no warnings,...)
Watch, this is really a scam. The product never worked for us even as we paid for it!
We then asked for a refund but were really surprised that the answer was "There is no money back guarantee."
To provide more context, we never used the tool once, it never worked one, and got this message.
We're now dealing with our bank to report as fraud and get the money back.
Be vigilant.
After using Motion for nearly a year, I can say that Motion is a great tool and has a lot of features, and it really helps with productivity.
However, I feel like the product is stuck and is not moving forward except for small updates here and there.
The mobile app is nearly unusable, with no integration with other tools, and the customization features are very limited.

All our requests to stop receiving those spams were ignored.
