@godfred_baiden Hey Godfred - thanks for the ❤️ So, I really wanted the emphasise and concentrate on one really specific aspect of mindfulness, gratitude. The problem with a lot of these mindfulness practices is that we are human, and it takes time for us to form a new habit, I don't know about you but I've used many apps/features in the past for a few days and then stopped, I had never formed that habit. My aim with Gratitude Buddy is to encourage people to try out one simple mindfulness technique a day, write down 3 daily gratitudes, it's powerful and easy and through Gratitude Buddy I hope to help people in doing that with tips and prompts - and in future updates some gamification features.
