Most startups don't realise that subscription billing will become a headache as they grow and add a sales team. Bunny solves this with a single subscription billing solution that integrates for self-service and allows sales people to quote creative deals.

👋 Hey Product Hunt community, We're a small team of SaaS veterans that have experienced the pain of how hard subscription billing, quoting and revenue recognition gets as a company scales. The TLDR is that as you scale the underlying revenue data becomes a huge mess as you add sales people that start customizing subscription plans to get deals done. This eventually becomes a headache for the finance team and also slows down the ability of sales and product teams to launch new products or add ons. Bunny.com solves these problems by providing a single solution for managing your plans and pricing, subscriptions, revenue data, analytics and provides a quoting tool for sales people to close all the creative deals they desire. We're super passionate about SaaS billing so would love to get your feedback. Thanks Bunny ❤️

💡 Bright idea
Congrats on the launch! Landing page looks great! Since you mentioned feedback - Even after scrolling here + landing page, I wasn't 100% sure what to use this for. Could I use this as a replacement for Paddle or Stripe? Is it more B2B or B2c? Would it be suitable for solo founders? Or more for mid-sized teams? Sorry for the bombardment of questions, just came to mind as someone potentially interested :) Congrats again! Looks amazing, kudos to the designers.

@esus Great feedback thanks. We will work on making the marketing message clearer. Bunny is very much for B2B SaaS and we integrate with Stripe for payments but you would use Bunny instead of using Stripe's Billing product or Paddle for the subscription management side of things. Those products are great for very simple subscriptions or B2C products. As you scale and plans become more complex those products hit their limitations as well as becoming very expensive by charging a % of each subscription. This is something we don't believe in at Bunny. A final thought is about the quoting tools you need once big enough to have a sales team. These are usually integrations that dont properly leverage the same subscription billing engine as your self serve customers. Bunny solves this with a CRM like UI that a sales team can use to build and send out quotes for larger deals. Solo founders can certainly use Bunny, it will set them up for success if they decide to accelerate and build a bigger team.

Congrats on your launch! It looks very useful for SaaS company like us! We can send payment data to your product and we’ll see the status of our business, right? I’m very interested in how large company is your target customers.

@naoto_shibata_morph Thanks! Yes Bunny will manage subscriptions and process the recurring payments for you. Payments can be done via Stripe, ACH and manual invoice. Our focus is to help startups get setup properly from the start so that they don't experience the pain as they grow. However, in order to create a solution that will work from Startup to Enterprise we've designed the core of the product to work with the complexity of companies that are at scale with hundreds of employees and hundreds of millions in ARR.

I wish we had had this product when we started OneLogin. We would have saved a lot of time and money by having a strong RevOps foundation to scale our business on. Instead, we had various, disconnected point solutions and a bunch of manual processes to make up for it. RevOps may not be a huge priority when you start a SaaS company, but it pays huge dividends later on if you get right from the start.

Bunny is a great platform and it’s build by an experienced team of founders who know what’s required when it comes to SaaS billing and scale.
