The idea for ACE came from a simple but persistent problem we kept seeing: talented people struggling in interviews not because they lacked skills, but because they lacked structured practice, feedback, and confidence. Interview preparation today is either expensive, generic, or intimidating. We wanted to change that by building something accessible, practical, and driven by real interview scenarios. ACE was designed to simulate interviews, give actionable feedback, and help users improve iteratively, without pressure or gatekeeping. During development, our approach evolved significantly. We started with a basic mock interview concept, but early feedback pushed us to focus more on personalization, clarity of feedback, and ease of use. Each iteration was shaped by user inputs, real interview patterns, and a strong emphasis on making the experience feel supportive rather than evaluative. ACE is still evolving, and this launch is just the beginning. We’re excited to learn from the community, improve continuously, and make interview preparation more effective and inclusive for everyone.
