Hi everyone!👋 Tanya here, CEO and co-founder at Zing Coach. The cat’s out of the bag. We’re thrilled to reveal our latest innovation: the AI-powered Body Scan by Zing! 🎁We’re giving the Product Hunt community exclusive early access to test our new feature for free. So start scanning and let us know what you think! Making fitness accessible and affordable is a big part of our mission, and we spend a lot of time and effort imagining tech solutions to help people achieve their fitness goals. Having a clear understanding of body data helps people work toward the results they want. Scales only tell part of the story. Body Scan by Zing lets people go deeper by revealing the complete picture of their fat and lean mass, helping them build a healthier body. Body Scan identifies important metrics, like body fat percentage, then turns the user’s body data into personalized fitness and macronutrient plans to boost their progress. Users can connect their Body Scan Report to the Zing app to get custom workouts built specifically for their bodies and fitness goals! This removes the guesswork so users can make informed decisions, adjust workouts and diet, and track their progress as they go, making it easier for them to lose weight, gain muscle, and improve wellness. Here’s a sneak peek into the way Body Scan technology works: 🤳The Body Scan requires only a smartphone camera and a full-body photo. We take privacy very seriously. Users’ data stays theirs, as Zing deletes their photos instantly and permanently. We use photos for AI training only if people give us their explicit permission, which they can withdraw at any moment. 🤖 Zing’s AI leverages machine-learning models, trained on an extensive dataset of DEXA results and paired images, to process an uploaded photo. 📊 Based on this, Zing’s machine learning predicts the user’s body fat mass with accuracy comparable to DEXA scans, the gold standard in body scanning. 📑 It then calculates lean mass index, fat mass index, and resting metabolic rate and generates a report with tailored macronutrient and fitness plans. We can’t wait for all of you to give Zing’s Body Scan a try and share your feedback and ideas! Please, let us know if you know someone we should meet 🐱We’re all ears 👂

Love this! Been waiting for someone to build a feature like this since 2018.
We hope the wait was worth every second 🙃
Congrats to the whole team of Zing on the launch!! 😍👏🏻
Thank you, Darya! As we often say; "Team work makes the dream work!"
Amazing, maybe this is what I was looking for!
Eager to hear your thoughts!
Hello! Congratulations on the launch! As I understand the point of camera during the scan is very important. My chest width looks different if I make the photo from the head or stomach level. How do you solve it?
Hi Dzianis! We recommend taking the photo from chest level (especially if it's a selfie). And your smartphone must be vertical, not tilted. Hope this helps!
It looks really great, and I definitely would try this. Congrats with the launch! 🚀
Thank you, Anna! We're more than happy to know your first impressions!
