Zetadeck - All-in-one workspace for tasks, CRM, docs, and finance
byβ’
Zetadeck is the command center for startup operators. Tasks, CRM, docs, and finance sit on a single shared data spine, so closing a deal updates your MRR, triggers onboarding tasks, and automatically adjusts your runway. A built-in AI reads every module and works from your real numbers: draft the investor update, answer what changed this week, prep for a meeting, or flag a runway risk. Turn on the modules you need. Free for up to 3 people.

Hey Product Hunt! π Divesh here, co-founder of Zetadeck.
A few months ago, we started building our startup, and it took about a week to realize the hardest part wasn't the product, it was running the company around it.
Pipeline went into a CRM. Docs in Notion. Tasks in a board. Runway in a Google Sheet that I was already scared to touch. Slack held it together with duct tape. We were a brand-new company, and I was somehow already the integration layer, copying the same numbers between five tools every Monday just to know where we stood.
The problem was never any single tool. It was that none of them shared data. Close a deal in the CRM and nothing else knew. So we stopped and built the thing we actually needed, then started running ourselves on it. That became Zetadeck.
What makes it different:
One shared data spine. Close a deal once and your MRR updates, onboarding tasks appear, and your runway moves on its own. No copy-paste, no drift.
Finance that is actually live. Runway and burn are computed from real bank balances, not a spreadsheet someone forgot to update.
An AI that already knows your business. It reads every module and drafts your investor update, answers "what changed this week," preps you for a call, and proposes edits, all from your real numbers instead of context you have to paste in.
Modular by design. Turn on tasks, CRM, docs, finance, an encrypted vault, or the security center. Flip off what you do not need, and every page adapts, so nothing looks half-empty.
It is free for up to 3 people, no credit card, and we just hit #1 Product of the Day on Open-Launch on the way here. π
The whole team is here today, and we would genuinely love your feedback: what resonates, what is missing, and what you would want Zetadeck to run for you!
how does it actually pull in the finance data, is that a bank connection, csv import, or something else, and does the CRM part play nice with gmail or do i have to forward everything in
@lkertpgzΒ Good questions.
On finance: it's a real bank connection, not manual entry. We sync Mercury natively and support Plaid for most other banks, so runway and burn are computed from your actual transactions. You can also add recurring items (payroll, annual contracts) on top.
On the CRM and email: today it works by forwarding or BCC. Every workspace gets a private email-in address, so you BCC it (or forward a thread), and we log the email onto the matching client's timeline automatically. No manual copy-paste. That works with Gmail, Outlook, anything.
Native inbox sync (connect Gmail or Outlook and we log client conversations automatically) is in testing and coming soon, so you won't even need to forward.
