Zero is a simple fasting tracker used for intermittent, circadian rhythm, and custom fasting. Choose your favorite fasting protocol and Zero will track your ongoing progress. Export your data to a spreadsheet for complete control.
Seems like a logical thing while we track every other item on our lives. The new something is nothing.

Fasting is an interesting subject. Fasting makes me humble, healthy, light, value of food, meaning of hunger, also helps me to practice poverty. A app is good to cultivate a good habit.
Otherwise, no need for a subject which can be part of our weekly routine.
I fast 1 (20/2) day per week with the water. I do yoga 6 days a week, 1-hour session - mainly Power/ Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga. Fasting & Yoga keeps us in fun & frolic, healthy & hale. The interesting part is better bowel movement, lighter stomach, energy & enthusiasm in the body.
I also fast on 2 additional days per month on Ekadashi days (It is the eleventh lunar day ) as an austerity.
Fast breaking with soup & then light food of carbs, fruits to feed. No strong rules or rituals.
Was excited to read @kevinrose intro on Medium about Hugh Jackman - we're actually building an app in collaboration with his personal trainer. Downloaded a copy of Zero - seems wonderfully designed and simple - a nice tool especially at start of new year when people will be thinking about losing weight.

Really love this product. One caveat. I live up in Norway where in the south the sunset is around 3pm in winter and in summer it is around 11pm. Love the idea of the 13 hour fast but could there be some kind of normalisation for when the sunsets closer to what the rest of the world experiences?
Love the idea.

IF is one of the easiest routines for me to follow because it's so...routine. I am app-happy like it's 2010 but not THAT app-happy. 📱📱📱📱📱📱
