What is the criteria for selecting these developers?

hi, thanks for your question! The main criteria for developers is that they have to be part of an agency that we vetted and verified before accepting onto the platform. It is then the agency representative that creates and manages profiles for these individual specialists. We reserve the right to have a short "pre-interview" with any engineer before any actual interview with an incoming lead.
