@ricbretschneider Sorry for the inconvenience. We have changed server code and it no longer works with the previous versions of the app. Could you please tell us more about how your app doesn't work? You are using Mac?

@issay Mac yes. Launch app and it says an update is required. Update was broken (no video) the first two times I tried to install. Then I did an uninstall and cleared out some stuff in Library and it installed. However, I can't figure out how to use your 50% off code. I don't use your app, but often show it to clients who I think might have fun with it, so I really don't need a subscription. So if you don't want me showing off your app, that's fine with me.

@ricbretschneider We are now fixing a problem entering a voucher code in the app. We will fix it as soon as possible and let you know when it is fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

@issay Is it likely to be fixed today? Will I need to download the app again, because the registration seemed to be happening on the web page, not the app?

@ricbretschneider To claim the coupon code, please open the xpression camera app and enter the code by selecting “Enter Voucher Code” from File menu (Windows) or Apple menu (Mac). Currently it can be applied to monthly plans. We will fix it so that it can be applied to yearly plans as well hopefully today. (The code is valid until December 31.)
