Regarding the 1st one, we have advanced dialog management so that users can ask clarifying questions if they are not satisfied - of course, the more the content is updated, the better! As for the 2nd, we have a per-user pricing, where user is considered someone who has access to Jira SM. We offer discounts as the number of users goes up - you can check out our pricing here
