Real user feedback.

Not every job seeker is my customer.

When I first launched, I thought every feature needed to work for everyone.

Then I started watching how people actually used the product.

Building was hard.
Distribution is harder.

As a solo founder, I spent months building WorkZo AI. Then I launched and realized that getting people to discover the product is a completely different skill.

The first version didn't get much attention.

Honestly, it was discouraging.
