Just launched WorkZo AI

I ve always felt interview prep tools were too scripted.

Real interviews are uncomfortable sometimes:

  • recruiters interrupt you

  • they challenge vague answers

  • they lose trust when answers feel weak

  • they ask follow-ups based on what you just said

I m Haritha, a solo founder currently building WorkZo AI an AI recruiter simulation platform designed to make interview practice feel more realistic.

Before this, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Zoho and later transitioned into Data Science and AI. I ve always been interested in the gap between learning skills and performing under real interview pressure.
