What I like about this is it brings me back to the nostalgia days of IRC where we had "assistant bots" programmed to spit out certain text when a command is issued. This fits exactly into that except I don't have to program the bot, and it does USEFUL actions as opposed to just saying things. Well done Workato team! :)

Please sir, may I have support for SendGrid? They've recently (and finally!) launched marketing campaigns similar to MailChimp so I know it's early for you... I'd like to register new developers and then add them to a CRM while sending them a welcome email. Ta.

This is a very cool idea. There's so much potential in leveraging Slack - glad to see a team like Workbot for Slack harnessing its power and potential, especially for streamlining workflow. I haven't tested Workbot yet but definitely will.

How does this differ from @zapier or @ifttt?

Workato is great for Quickbooks and Salesforce integration. I wish it had a test functionality like Zapier though—that will make this app very powerful.
