There are some issues, like performance, but, from what I understand - this is Wix's number one goal to fix in nearest future

it's perfect when all tools are gathered in one place, right?

Pros:

that a great CRM to build own small or medium business (even if you don't have a website on wix)

Cons:

it costs more then google doc or pirated MS Excel
