Nice! I have never thought of integrating WhatsApp to my touchpoints with customers, but why not after all! It might be a bit "intrusive" sometimes, so we might be careful with this channel. Great work!!

Fortunately WhatsApp has tight policies against spam and misuse of their services. So businesses have to be careful or risk getting blocked.

Does this use the Whatsapp business API or does it use a personal Whatsapp account?

It seems someone read my mind today! Very cool. Is there a way to specify a sender name - as you did with Talent500? What happens if the recipient doesn't have you saved as a contact?

Talent500 has an official WhatsApp number, so the sender name appears without being saved. You can get that as well, if you apply for WhatsApp business APIs for your brand. (Takes about a week)
