Smart move by Mozilla. Chrome extensions seem to be one of the leading reason for "lock in", preventing people from switching browsers.

Been using this to run the (a Chrome extension) on Firefox. It's been working wonderfully, and works with nearly any Chrome extension. I wonder why Firefox hasn't built this themselves 🤔🤔🤔

I found this when I switched from Chrome to Firefox Quantum a few months ago. It's been great! The plugin ecosystem for Chrome has always been way better than Firefox's, imo, so Chrome Store Foxified has really helped me transition to Firefox (which I've done because of the noticeable speed increase). I have found that not all Chrome extensions can be ported to Firefox. The makers of this are way up front about this, so kudos to them, but I thought I would mention it so people aren't caught off guard. Two extensions I haven't been able to add to Firefox are and .
