Vital - Personalized meditations from your private, AI powered guide

I was fortunate to work with a leadership coach several years ago. He changed my life, but I wouldn't have been able to afford working with him had my company not offered to pick up the tab. Since then, I've wondered what it would take to build a digital version of this coaching. With Vital, we ask ourselves: what needs to be true for a human being to fully trust the life advice from an artificial intelligence. We invite you to help us answer this question. For now, we've limited the experience to focus on guided meditation. While the experience is already truly impactful for those looking for support, skills, and strategy to take their life to the next level - we're very excited about what we can build next. This is so cool. The cool thing about a real meditation teacher is they personalize the meditation to what is relevant. Vital is the next best thing. Every day I can create a meditation based on what is on my mind.

One of the best meditation & introspection apps I've tried in a while, definitely giving Headspace etc. a run for their money! It's great to hear specifically-tailored guided reflection, I feel the value proposition is significantly bumped over more "generic" meditation platforms. Vital is a must-download, kudos to the team for the fantastic product!
