iOrchestra AI Hardware Engineers - Prompt to production-ready Hardware designs for manufacture

by
The platform that takes hardware engineers from a text prompt to a production-ready design in minutes not weeks Describe what you want. Our AI agents generate the PCB layout, schematic, mechanical design, and industrial design, across electrical, mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering disciplines. Then simulate it, iterate on it, auto-generate the Bill of Materials, and send it straight to manufacture The gap between idea and production hardware used to take months. We're making it minutes

We added Thermal analysis to the PCB

This looks amazing.

Questions: I’m not a hardware designer, but I see products in my mind. Can I upload a sketch and tell it what it needs to do and have the schematic for the product ready for manufacturing? Also, I’d love to send it to 3D Creative Technologies to make with their small scale manufacturing. What is the output of the designs? Will it work with their production equipment?

@ania_m Hi Ania,
I wanted to highlight how our platforms streamline the design process for you. With iElectronics, you can upload and edit circuit designs, with iOrchestra Can do it indirectly simply by uploading a screenshot; the platform automatically converts your image into a complete, editable design. No technical experience is required, you build your project through a simple chat interface. Our system ensures everything is production-ready, so you can hit "manufacture" and have the finished product shipped directly to your home.

For complex mechanical needs, our AI, Arcanist, determines the necessary manufacturing requirements based on your conversation, ensuring every part is ready for the factory floor. We provide a full suite of outputs, including CAD files, engineering designs, datasheets, and complete documentation, giving you the freedom to manufacture with us or take your files elsewhere. Our capabilities cover everything from injection molding and 3D printing to CNC machining and laser cutting and a lot more.

We had a spike in the number of customers today, went from 62 to 84 in one day so I want to thank everyone who participated today and got us where we are at!
