An idea for future development: you could train your AI on the key KPIs for each industry and have it track them based on the company being analyzed. For example, in our business, important metrics include the average client rate, average project budget, and of course P&L calculations. In the restaurant business, the KPIs would be completely different. Small companies often don’t even know the key metrics for their own business, let alone for other or new industries.
