Valmi Value - Outcome Billing and Payments Infrastructure for AI Agents

Hi - I’m the founder of Valmi. After building AI products, I kept noticing a mismatch: we bill for seats, or usage, customers want results. That’s why we built Valmi to handle outcomes, for Product, Revenue, and Agent Developers. With it, you can: ✨Price based on outcomes, not just activity, or flexibly. ✨Track real-time costs & margins per agent or customer. ✨Use open-source SDKs and deploy the full stack for free. What I kept seeing was a gap between how AI products are being built and how they’re being priced. Teams were shipping great agents, but when you asked simple questions - what does this workflow actually cost, where are we making money, which customers are profitable - there were no clear answers.

Valmi started from my need to make AI economics visible and understandable. In simple terms, Valmi connects cost and outcomes of AI agents. Once those are connected, you can price better.

I wrote my hypothesis here - https://medium.com/@rajaVarkala/an-imperative-for-ai-agents-outcome-billing-with-valmi-5b29f3b40081

So Valmi tells you: this agent ran, it did something useful, and here’s what it truly cost you.
Lastly, It allows billing and collecting payments from customers.

We have put it out here - https://github.com/valmi-io/value . Would be very exciting to receive feedback and feature requests .

Hi,

how is this different from google cloud billing dashboard if the agent is built gemini API?

@anzer_nafis Hey Thanks for following up!

First, Google billing measures tokens. But you as Agent developer want to charge your customer for outcomes such as number of invoices processed successfully.

Second, AI agents use multiple LLM providers like Openai, google etc., to take advantage of cost arbitrage and General outage scenarios..

Most importantly, Gemini is charging you as Agent builder, but you want to charge your customers differently.

So, you integrate this product with an sdk into your Agent, and it enables various ways to charge your customers..one of the primary ways is outcome-based billing
