Hey everyone! It only took us three years to realize that SaaS companies need all their email in one place, and today we’re making it happen. You can finally handle both marketing & customer email in one tool 🔥 This means you can collect leads using forms, convert them to trials, and then move them to the user onboarding campaign and other lifecycle campaigns — a super smooth transition. No need to maintain different lists in different tools. I've been using this since day one and I love, love, love not having to have different email service providers for newsletters, leads, and users/customers! So good 👌

I’m going to be using this new feature very soon. This will help so many small businesses to replace Intercom with something far better suited to them.

Finally! I so wanted this Jane. I've tried Hubspot, Intercom, and Active Campaign. I am so glad you did it. Now Userlist will by my choice software for the next project.

Been a very happy Userlist customer for a while. Really excited about this! Being able to hold all my SaaS users in one place for onboarding, marketing and nurturing emails combined with the power of Userlist's rules and Companies feature is going to make it a whole level easier.

I've been a long time UserList customer and I am very happy with this new feature! It lets me cancel the email service I use for marketing emails and have everything in UserList. Where it belongs 🙂 Well done @uibreakfast and @benediktdeicke !!!

I’ve been following this team for years and have loved what they’re building for SaaS companies. This feature is one of the main reasons we’re finally switching from Intercom to Userlist!

This is one of those tools that obviously every SaaS business needs, but I’m always really surprised how few companies actually offer it. I’ll look at switching from ActiveCampaign, the design at UL is *far* better. Congrats on the launch :)
