I think this is what most SaaS business really need. Completely tailored for this specific user case, and having the leads+customers on the same tool is really really useful.

I've been using Userlist from the beginning to send customer emails for SavvyCal. It's been a great tool, and I'm really existed to now be able to also start using the product to send pre-customer marketing emails to folks who haven't quite converted yet!
