Best

It shortens the prepation period of long user onboarding scenarios of apps and significantly increases employee/customer involvement on the services used, in parallel of improved user knowledge

Pros:

Very simple to use, a total plug and play product. No technical knowledge is needed

Cons:

It works quite smooth with web apps but it requiers some development with desktop apps

Easy and helpful product. Well done guys
thanks a lot Ayrana, really appreciate it!
A must have SaaS for every other SaaS

Does it work the same way for apps? Or you don't have this feature yet?
Hello Nikita, UserGuiding works great with web apps. For the mobile apps, nope we do not have this feature.
Congratulations on your launch!! awesome video and this is really cool!
thank you for the great comments Fajar!
Absolutely incredible product! Yet to try it and provide feedback, but it looks like a streamlined solution - much more intuitive than a product like tag manager 🙌
Thank you ! We appreciate any feedback about our product. You can reach us on Intercom on our website, or directly message me here.
Intercom just launched today their "Product Tours" , so, obvious question, what are the main differences compared with User Guiding?
Hi , I’ve been hearing about their beta for a while. But honestly, it’s new for me too. Tours have a very cool first impression I should say, congratulations to folks at Intercom. The main differentiation, obviously, UserGuiding is not an add-on but a product itself. We have solutions for more advanced use cases which they don’t at the moment. On top of that, you don’t have to subscribe to an Intercom plan to use UserGuiding. We'll see how they form their roadmap, right now it's apples and oranges to me.

It is strongyly recomended.

Pros:

It is realy awesome and very useful.

Cons:

I could not make it better !!
