I've seen a few comments about the the price being high. I've used some other products like this and the price seems very reasonable to me. I'm going to have someone from my team try it out for our software.

I like your tool, but the video was over the top. Luckily, the landing page does a much better job :-)

Easy to use. Quick implementation

I wonder whether it is SPA-friendly or not...

Pros:

Useful, easily adaptable, great support team, time-saving tool for people spend too much time on internet

Cons:

Since it was a new product, there were some bugs but support team was so helpful about them. I never faced the bugs that I hva faced before.

At Customerly we have been using UserGuiding since a while and we cannot be more happier than this :)

This product is awesome :)
Best tool I have been used before, for onboarding users , very simple to use, clear guidance while using the products, and also there is a very good customer support. Realy useful, it is best recomended.
Have been using the product for a few months now, it truly helped us scale our customer onboarding. So far, very ROI+.
