I’ve been hearing about their beta for a while. But honestly, it’s new for me too. Tours have a very cool first impression I should say, congratulations to folks at Intercom.
The main differentiation, obviously, UserGuiding is not an add-on but a product itself. We have solutions for more advanced use cases which they don’t at the moment. On top of that, you don’t have to subscribe to an Intercom plan to use UserGuiding.
We'll see how they form their roadmap, right now it's apples and oranges to me.

I agree with everyone here, this is a great tool. Definitely hitting a sweet spot. Just can't wrap my head around $100CAD/mnth.
