Usereviews.io - Turn customer reviews and feedback into product decisions
by•
Most review tools stop at collecting and showing stars. Usereviews points feedback inward: pull reviews from multiple sources or collect new feedback in one feed, and AI reads every one. It groups them ("12 people want CSV export," with quotes), answers questions like "where are we losing to competitors?", surfaces advocates as contacts, pushes bugs to Linear, and much more.

Hey Product Hunters 👋
I'm Marko, founder of Usereviews.io.
For years I looked for a way to actually use what our customers were telling us. What I needed was already in their words. I just couldn't get to it without making it a project, so I built it myself.
It's true for you too. Every bug worth fixing, every feature people want, every competitor stealing your customers, every happy user who'd gladly be a reference — it's all sitting right there, written by the people who use and pay for your product.
Review platforms are brilliant at pointing all of that outward — turning reviews into stars on a page that help the next buyer say yes. But what about inward — what should we fix, what should we build next, who do we turn into an advocate? That's what Usereviews is built for.
So what did I build?
Usereviews pulls your reviews from G2, Trustpilot, the App Store, Google Play, and more into a single feed, and an AI reads every single one — tagging each as a bug, a feature request, a churn signal, a competitor mention, or a testimonial worth putting on your landing page.
Then it groups them. So instead of a vague "some users want better reporting," you get "12 people are asking for CSV export" — with every original quote one click away.
On top of that, you can collect new feedback with smart forms and widgets. Drop a widget on your site — styled to your brand, live in minutes — and gather feedback of your own. And the forms aren't dumb surveys: when someone answers "it's okay," the AI asks why, following up on its own until the answer is actually useful. Every response lands in the same feed as everything else.
You can also just ask it things — "where are we losing to competitors?" or "who loves us enough to be a case study?" — and get a straight answer with the quotes attached.
Then engage with the people behind the feedback, so they don't disappear into a stat. Every advocate, every at-risk customer, every reference-in-waiting becomes a contact you can actually reach — so you can email a happy customer for a testimonial, or check in with someone showing churn signals, right from the same place.
From there you act without leaving the page: push a bug to Linear, drop a win in Slack, or send that email. It even shapes itself to your business — SaaS teams get feature requests and churn risk, e-commerce teams get product quality and shipping headaches.
This is our 1.0 and there's a lot left to build — where does your feedback live today? 👇
