Why are crypto tax tools still so bad? (building a solution)

I've been building a crypto portfolio & tax tool focused on Switzerland and Europe.

And honestly… most existing tools are still lacking when it comes to real financial clarity.

Before launching, I’d love to know:

What frustrates you the most about current crypto tools?

Tracking?

Taxes?

Reporting?
