Who or what has had the biggest influence on you in business?
The motivation behind starting a business varies from case to case.
Sometimes the turning point comes when you meet someone inspiring or when a specific situation arises in your life.
Who/what has had the greatest influence on you and your entrepreneurial journey?
In my case, there were probably 2 turning points:
• No one in my family was in business and I didn't like the idea of doing a job that I didn't enjoy or didn't like.
• COVID – I suddenly had more time to get involved. I listened to several lectures from entrepreneurs and had the opportunity to create a project and get a grant. 45 views

Hey @busmark_w_nika, thanks for sharing your story. My biggest influence in business has been my family, especially my father. He was a businessman for many years, and although he’s no longer running a business, I’m trying to build something of my own.
Unlike him, I’m focusing on online business, which he never did. So while his experience inspires me, I’m creating my own path.
What are you currently working on?
What it motivates me most is the idea of the possibility of scaling your business, as employee you just can’t

@eljo_prifti true – and the ceiling for the employee is also a reason. As an employee, you can try as much as possible, but if there is no equity in the company and thanks to the employee, the company is growing rapidly but he is still on the same salary, that is not good :D

In my case, the biggest influence on my entrepreneurial journey has actually been my father. He’s not a CEO or a tech genius—in fact, he runs a small local bakery.
