Where does your Lovable workflow start to feel fragile?

I’ve noticed a pattern with Lovable builds. Early on everything feels fast, then there’s a moment where the project gets fragile and you stop wanting to touch it.

Where does that moment show up for you?

What was the first thing that made it feel unsafe to change?

I’m collecting real examples so I can focus on the right problems next.

When people say “fragile,” I don’t think they mean bugs.

I think they mean hesitation.

The moment you stop touching parts of the app because you don’t trust the outcome anymore.

That’s usually the point momentum dies.

A lot of people think this is about fixing fragile MVPs.

What I actually built it for is avoiding fragility altogether by starting with a calm, structured first draft, before @Lovable ever opens.
