What features matter most to you?

I'm working on Dialogara - a platform that turns documentation into custom AI chatbots.

Think: upload your PDFs/docs, get a trained chatbot in 10 minutes, embed it on your site.

Current features:

• Document upload (PDF, Word, URLs)

• Custom rules and guardrails

• Conversation memory

• Domain whitelisting for security

I'd love your input on what would make this genuinely useful:

• What would convince you to use this over Intercom/Zendesk/ChatGPT?

• What integrations are must-haves? (Slack? WhatsApp? Shopify? WordPress?)

• Pricing sweet spot? Currently planning €9.99-29.99/month tiers and enterprise

• Biggest pain point with existing chatbot tools?
