What does your on-call pay process look like today? (pager duty)

Before we launch properly, I'd love to understand how teams are currently handling this.

Are you exporting PagerDuty data manually? Using a spreadsheet? Getting finance to calculate it? Something else entirely?

Trying to make sure CalloutPay solves the real pain, not just the pain I assumed existed. Honest answers very welcome
