Todo2 Update v0.0.9!

This release is all about stability and fixing issues we gathered while doing customer support and there were quite a few. 😄

• Automatic registration, restart, and monitoring of MCP without mcp.json.

• Safer workspace isolation (projects with the same workspace name used to see each other’s tasks 😄).

• Windows path spacing quirks fixed.

After the initial feature tornado, Todo2 needed to strengthen its foundations. 🙂
